After many months of research to support future posts, I can now report on progress made:
In 2022 I found documented proof of my direct paternal lineage going back to the sixteenth century to a master glass maker who started his own glass production at a location called Schafmatt in the Jura mountains in Switzerland.
I have accumulated numerous texts and picture documents for my planned memoirs to support the draft stories.
Since January 2023 I have been in contact with an editor/publisher in the USA, who is now in the process of editing my first three submissions for inclusion in an anthology on life during the twentieth century.
